When will my order ship?
Pieces from the Core Collection typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Fragrances by Request are crafted specifically for you and ship within 3–5 business days.
Each order is prepared in small batches with care and intention.

We currently ship within the United States.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are sent via email once your order begins its journey.
Fragrances by Request
What does “Fragrances by Request” mean?
These scents are not held in regular stock. They are poured and prepared upon request, offering access to extended fragrances beyond the Core Collection.
Please allow additional time for creation.
Are they different from the Core Collection?
No. The materials, formulation, and craftsmanship remain the same — only the production timing differs.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are handcrafted and body-safe, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Care & Use
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼” before each burn. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn to ensure an even finish. Never leave a candle unattended.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every Ella’s Apothecary product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Are essential oils safe to ingest?
No. Our essential oils are pure grade but are not for internal use. Always dilute properly and consult a medical professional if needed.
